Embodied Cosmology
Humanity has the gift of co-creation, the gift of free will,
and the gift of a physical body and energy-consciousness system,
including intentionality and core essence.
You have the tools to become conscious co-creators.
Barbara Brennan
Are you ready to create intentional change in your life?
Intentional change is allied with your future self, but that doesn't mean we can avoid what's real, now. Transformative change happens in phases, not all at once. You make a decision to set the process in motion and how you go about it will determine if you can sustain it. True intentional change leaves nothing about you, out. This is why it works.
The process uncovers and contextualizes your Ideal. What is yearning to break free in you? The process is part pain and part exhilaration demanding sacrifice and surrender. Transformation is not something we seek out for pleasure, but to address pain, longing, healing, and a desire to deepen our being. It is not linear but a spiral into and out of. your soul.
The true light of our genius lies within our deepest wound. Rumi (1207-1273), the Sufi mystic poet and theologian, said the cure is in the pain. Having facilitated tens of thousands of neuromuscular therapy sessions, I can attest to this. truth. Transformation challenges what is known, and ushers us across a threshold into the limitless possibility of the unknown.
Intentional Change Theory has shown, through exhaustive research, that becoming more resonant with the our inner truth and Ideal helps us make intentional change. When you connect powerfully with your Ideal, then compare that to what is Real, a learning agenda emerges leading to exploration, and new practices leading to resonance. In the process, you will release outmoded attention and beliefs to realign with your new Ideal. Revibrating is the energetic and emotional change of frequency.
Embodied Cosmology of Quantum Being
There are many approaches to change that have been proven not to work. This process works for individuals, dyads, groups, communities, and countries and is backed by 50 years of research. It also aligns with the process that emerged in my integrative therapeutic work with clients. Combining the Intentional Change Theory (Boyatzis) with trauma-informed integrative work creates a powerful process of self-excavation and liberation.
Intelligence is distributed throughout your body. Embodied perception includes three different types: exteroception, interception, and proprioception. Science is continually revealing deeper wisdom about human psychophysiology. Working with me, you will learn about your brain, nervous system, emotions, and your bio-energetic, physiological system.
Trauma-care principles inform the context of growth and healing for all human beings. The process becomes your own, rooted in your felt-sense experience, value, vision, and desire to deepen your inner relationship with the greater context within which you and we all live. This isn't one and done. It is a process of learning how to honor and empower your Self, your dreams, goals, and the creative and imaginative power of embodied awareness. It self-corrects because it emerges from within you, as an authentic expression of you and your extraordinary multi-dimensional living energetic system.
I guide you through a co-creative process where you will both construct and deconstruct from embodied awareness. We can only ever truly exist, now. It takes practice and support to make intentional change.
